The company takes its time to carefully select the ingredients and recipes for its products and attaches a great deal of importance to authenticity and craft.  | Bäckerei-Konditorei Krenger Krenger, the bakers & confectioners, delivers a varied selection of fine breads. They bake their bread using natural ingredients exclusively, sea salt and without any additives whatsoever. Krenger is also mindful of the environment, baking with electricity from natural power sources, transporting its goods by electric vehicles, sourcing many raw materials locally, supporting the Essbar initiative (‘Fresh from Yesterday’), and making sure unsold breads and baked goods go to ‘Tischlein deck dich’ (No Food Waste). In 2021, Krenger’s Feuersteinbrot was awarded a gold medal as the ‘Best Bread in Switzerland’. |

 | Don Mateo Coffee – authentic, traditional, high-quality and fair, all the way from bean to cup We, Jairo and Isabelle Arango, have been importing pure Colombian Arabica coffee to Switzerland since 2007. Don Mateo Coffee, named after our son, is the primary product or our firm Colombia Import GmbH. The beans for Don Mateo are carefully selected by hand and processed with passion by growers on the Finca Corozal in Colombia's main coffee producing region. This Excelso coffee is of an exceptionally high quality. It sets itself apart through an intensive fragrance and bold aroma, as well as an excellent balance between acidity content and a fruity body. Don Mateo Coffee is certified by the Federacion National de Cafeteros de Colombia. |
