Please vacate your room by 11 am on weekdays or by 12 noon at the weekend. An additional night’s stay will otherwise be charged.
VALUABLES
We cannot accept liability for any valuables kept in your room. The hotel safe is available to you free of charge. Please contact Reception for details.
RETURNING LATE
Please always lock your room door when leaving the room and hand the key in to Reception. The hotel entrance door is locked as of 11 pm. Please use the night bell if returning late. The night porter is on duty all night.

All our rooms have direct dial-in (DDI). The DDI number for your room is indicated on your telephone set. Incoming calls are free of charge.

EMERGENCY NUMBERS

NEWSPAPERS
Newspapers are available at Reception and in the breakfast room. The kiosk next door to the hotel entrance has a range of newspapers and magazines.
WAKE-UP CALL
Please notify Reception of the time of your wake-up call. You will then be woken either by phone or by a knock on the door.
BEVERAGES AND SNACKS
Beverages and snacks are available for purchase from Reception at any time.
MISCELLANEOUS
Please contact Reception for adapters (220 V power outlet), ice cubes, extra towels or any other questions you may have. Adapters are subject to a CHF 20 deposit.
BATHROBES
Bathrobes are available from Reception (CHF 20 deposit).
USE OF THE LIFT
Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the lift.
SMOKING
All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the Reception balcony at any time.
INTERNET
You are welcome to use our free internet station on the second floor. However, internet access is blocked for downloading games, music, etc.
WiFi connection instructions can be found in your room. Do contact Reception if you have any questions.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the Restaurant from 6.30 am to 10 am on weekdays and from 7 am to 11 am at weekends.
RESTAURANT
The Restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm. The restaurant is closed at weekends.
On weekdays hot meals are served from 11.30 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Various brochures are available at Reception with information on many useful tips for discovering the city of Bern and current events (theatre, concerts, exhibitions, etc.).
BERN TICKET
You will receive your Bern Ticket when you check in. It offers free travel on public transport in Bern and is valid in Libero Zones 100/101, the Gurten Funicular, the Marzili Funicular, the Minster Terrace Lift, and for travel to and from Bern-Belp Airport.
